Silk Screening Scene

Silk Screening & Powder Coating
Silk Screening is a photographic process that transfers artwork onto a porous nylon screen which allows a custom color ink to flow through the screen and be deposited on an aluminum or plastic component. At Tecmetal, we generally screen smaller parts in smaller to medium quantities. We can generally have just about any design created onto a screen for your parts. You are always more than welcome to stop in to see some silk screening samples. We take great pride in all of our silk screening applications!

And we have a full service powder coating department that can apply powder coat to large and small parts. Tecmetal runs a full conveyor line for powder coating which runs through a three-stage wash and 2 independent booths for larger jobs. We have the ability to do extremely large jobs and batch painting. We can match virtually any color with powder.
