INTRODUCTION: Push-in fittings are advanced products which are widely adopted in the world, suitable for PU tube, nylon tube and used in the return circuit of the compressed air, air cylinder connection, pneumatic valves and pneumatic logic components, etc..  The scope of application is extremely extensive.

Generally speaking, the push-in fittings can be divided to three types: 1. Tube fittings; 2. Speed controllers; 3. Hand valves.

Tube Fittings Features:
1) fast installation, simple and facility, save space;                                        
2) various models, meet any pneumatic tube installation;
3) even after installing, the tube body can be turned free;
4) the sleeve adopts the oval and round types for convenience dismantle;
5) all awl thread pre-coated PTFE for leak protection;
6) the sleeve is of good performance to seal;
7) besides of pipe diameter Ф16, there is a inside hexagonal in PC type fittings.
 

Speed Controllers Features:
1) accurate regulation of an optimal airflow rate for precise motion control;
2) the compact design provides the comparable range of speed as the larger ones do;
3) control-out and control-in types are available for all models;
4) all R and NPT threads are pre-coated sealant;
5) adopt fast installation design, convenient to dismantle.
 

Hand Valves Features:
1) the hand valves are designed to turn on and off the airflow;
2) two-way and three-way valves are available for all models;
3) three-way directional control valve releases the residual internal pressure on the output side when manually closed;
4) G-thread type is available;
5) various models, convenient to dismantle.
 
During the push-in fittings manufacture, we introduce international advanced technology and adopt "V" type seal ring.  The thread is pre-coated with import Japanese RPP seal glue which sealing ability exceeds the domestic similar products. 

On the advanced basic structure, we develop a series of new models and various specifications.  The thread standards are metric size, inch size, taper pipe thread (PT), G-thread, UNF and American standard taper pipe thread (NPT).  The shape of the sleeves can be oval or round.  We produce the product neutral and also we can make the production according to customers' required brands.
