BRIEF INTRODUCTION
FZH,  FZL, FZP. ball retainer guide bushings are accordingly based on Bronze, Aluminium, POM. They are machined some regular holes and embedded with G10 steel balls. The new technology can prevent the balls getting out, but moving freely.

The clearance exists in traditionally concrete relative motion of bore and shaft, and the friction factor of motion between bore and shaft is large. After using straight line bearing, keeping no direct contact between bore and shaft, but by means of possession micro interference steel all between them, therefore, they have high motion precision. Friction of rolling is substituted for sliding friction which has active rolling, low friction factor and long service life. In the situation of the rolling and moving, matching the shaft sleeve of oil or no oil with the shaft, although they can be met and have low motion precision. They can only meet in the situation of the shaft with relative motion, but the straight-line bearing can meet all above-mentioned two conditions. At present, it is widely used in cool die sets frames, high precision machine tools, machine tool accessories and requiring high-precision axial or radial simultaneous move situation.
