JDB-1 solid lubricant embedded bushing is a new type made from strong brass and homogeneously embedded with solid lubricant in it's body. It breaks through the limit of general bearing whose lubrication depends on oil film. So have duty, anti-corrosion, or where oil is hard to be introduced. It's performance doubles both on hardness and wear-friction. It can be used under any kind of  load. When under high load, wear performance degrades accordingly. It's a general-purpose product and be applied under low or high pressure, low or high temperature, and oil, water or dry lubrication. Can be applied in consistent cast machine, rolling machine, conveyor equipment; plastic injection machine, high voltage switch; hoisting supporter, hydraulic gate supporter; paper-making machine, automobile die etc.
